QEDLER — Falsifiable predictions

Each entry states the functional form, the free parameter that the theory must fix, and the experimental class that bounds it. Numeric parameter ranges are deliberately absent. They cannot be stated until the corresponding target in STATUS.md advances past OPEN, and inventing them would misrepresent the programme. The gap is recorded, not filled.

# Prediction Form Parameter the theory must fix Bounding experiment class
P1 Ultra-high-energy Lorentz invariance violation E^2 = p^2 c^2 + m^2 c^4 + xi f(p / E_N) the graph energy scale E_N and the leading order n GRB and blazar photon-timing (Fermi-LAT, H.E.S.S., MAGIC); IceCube neutrino timing
P2 Discrete deviation from exponential decoherence fidelity departs from pure exponential in steps set by the rewrite quantum rewrite step size relative to system coupling superconducting qubits, trapped ions, neutral atoms
P3 Primordial gravitational-wave UV cutoff spectrum terminates above k_max set by finite graph complexity k_max CMB B-modes; pulsar timing arrays
P4 Additional stable topological defect families new stable particle states beyond the Standard Model the defect classification itself (currently OPEN) collider and cosmic-ray searches
P5 Evolving effective cosmological constant Lambda_eff varies with cosmic time via graph growth rate the node injection rate Gamma supernova, BAO and large-scale-structure constraints on w(z)
P6 Correlated Hawking radiation structure radiation carries correlations preserving information (Page-curve form) horizon subgraph ejection statistics at present no accessible experiment

Honest ranking

P1 and P2 are the only entries currently near experimental reach. Both are also the entries most easily produced by other discrete-spacetime programmes, so neither is diagnostic of QEDLER specifically. A discriminating prediction — one that separates this framework from causal sets, LQG, CDT or the Wolfram Physics Project — does not yet exist. Producing one is the single most valuable open task in the programme, and it is recorded as such rather than glossed.
